Meet Black Lesbian Love Lab’s Spiritual Life Coach
Is your partner in the closet? Are you thinking about getting married? Do you and your partner fight all the time? Do you just have a relationship question that you need help answering?
Some relationship issues are too tough to handle on your own. That’s why at Black Lesbian Love Lab we have partnered with a certified and experienced spiritual life coach to help you!
Who is Coach Maq Elè?
For many years, Maq Elè lived her life hiding her authentic self, sexuality and power. After discovering that this way of living was too painful and no longer served her, Maq Elè decided that she desired to live her life like a “G-String-” open, bold and authentic!
Because of her transformational experience of personifying G-STRING LIVING, Maq Elè created her spiritual coaching practice to provide LGBTQ women with an unconventional coaching experience colored with creativity to match their desires and needs.
Maq Elè is known for her over the top, innovative assignments to support her clients in creating the life they desire to live, their very own G-STRING Living experience.
Coach Maq trained with Iyanla Vanzant for four years at the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development (IVISD). She completed a two-year personal development program in 2009 and earned a spiritual life coaching certificate from IVISD in 2011.
Committed to the Lesbian Community
When a significant relationship ended in 2012, she was so rocked by the experience that she remained intentionally single for 2.5 years. During that time she got to know herself as a lesbian woman, deepened her relationship with her Creator and accepted the urging of her spirit to work primarily with lesbian women.
Out of that sabbatical Maq Elè created SILhouette, a spiritual community for lesbian women within the Baltimore area and received the inspiration to write Seamless. The soon-to-be-published book offers a spiritual process to support lesbian women in healing through a relationship break-up.
