Baby, I can see your heart.
Now please don’t take this as an invasion of your privacy,
When I simply needed a place to start.
I’m starting to get the feeling as if I need you.
But see, you’ve suppressed your feelings,
So it’s kind of hard for me to read you.
That hard exterior that you claim is the real you…
Even blind eyes could see right through you.
Speaking of, you’ve heightened my senses.
Sinuses clear, I can smell what I’ve been missin
Tears wiped away, no more blurry vision.
Ears finally clear, no longer am I guessin
Taste & touch synchronized… I guess I’ve completed my mission.
But the way you move, I’m trying to get what you’re hinting.
You’re like the ultimate enigma…
Even my third eye’s squinting.
Eyes so narrow.
Smile so crooked.
No chance to offer my heart when you easily took it.
But with your love comes a price…
And what I don’t think you understand is, along with my life,
This world I’d sacrifice.
I’d pick it up.
Bring it to you.
Give it to you…
And if the weight of the world is too heavy for you,
Don’t stress, give it back,
And I’ll carry it for you too.
Cuz see, my dreams…
They’re all of you.
Basically I put no one above you …
Yet still … watch how my words slur when I try to explain how much I love you.
It’s just crazy, a part of my heart I thought I had hidden …
You just walked right through, an act fully forbidden.
But I don’t know,
It’s like your love is so demanding.
Goes way over human understanding,
Like God was molding an angel, then you slipped out of his hand and …
I guess I was just lucky enough, that you fell where I was standing.
So I grabbed you. And from that moment on, I had you.
You told me no one would be crazy enough to take on your heart
But I told you I’d be glad to.
